Job summary
Ericsson GmbH in Noida is seeking a diligent Domain Support Specialist to manage and execute maintenance activities, provide technical support, and coordinate daily operations. You will ensure services are activated, configured and tested, maintaining availability and performance for customers.
The role requires 2–4 years in operations and customer support, with familiarity in Ericsson Charging System and related IT tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor level in engineering (IT/Telecom) or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of experience in Operations, customer handling and technical support.
- Experience with Ericsson Charging System preferred; ITIL/Oracle/CCNA/Red Hat certs encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Manage the team for delivery of services per SLA/WLA with customers.
- Handle escalations and perform CSR review with PA responsible.
- Monitor TT/CR performance and reporting; ensure RCA for critical events.
- Coordinate with Network Rollout, D&P and FM; prioritize tasks per business needs.
- Ensure activities follow MSTOP guidelines and MIR releases; regular TT/CR/AT reviews.
- Maintain User Access Control per MSTOP process; report team performance periodically.
- Contribute to technical discussions to improve network performance and procedures.
