Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining production schedules to optimize resource utilization, minimize costs, and meet customer delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure timely production and delivery of capillary products.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of production targets.
• Implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve product quality.
• Manage inventory levels to avoid stock outs or overstocking, and ensure optimal inventory levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Five years of experience in production planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory management principles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and planning software is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
