Job summary

APPETITE LABS, INC. in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead all manufacturing and production operations. This full-time role focuses on meeting targets efficiently while upholding top quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will guide production staff, coordinate with other departments, optimize processes and manage budgets to reduce costs and drive continuous improvement across the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in production management or a similar supervisory role in manufacturing.
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or related methodologies.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with production management software and MS Office.
• Certification in production management or Lean manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling and coordinating all production activities to meet demand forecasts and delivery deadlines
• Supervising and managing production staff, including hiring, training and performance management
• Monitoring production efficiency and identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost optimisation
• Ensuring health, safety and environmental regulatory compliance across the facility
• Managing inventory levels and coordinating with supply chain and procurement
• Conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions
• Maintaining production records and documentation
• Liaising with engineering, QA and maintenance to resolve issues
• Implementing lean practices and managing budgets to control costs without compromising quality
