Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a food manufacturing plant.
• At least 3 years in plant or production operations management, preferably multinational.
• Knowledge of production systems, ERP, and manufacturing equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement is an advantage.
• Familiarity with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily production activities to ensure timely delivery and quality output.
• Lead, train, and manage production staff, including shift scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety guidelines, and industry standards.
• Identify production issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to keep machines and equipment in good working condition.
• Prepare and submit production, quality, and budget reports to management.
