Job summary

Premierlabs Corporation in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines, is seeking an Advanced Production Operator to join the production team. You will operate and troubleshoot equipment, collaborate with the supervisor, and ensure safe, high‑quality output.

The role requires hands‑on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, plus leadership and data‑driven problem‑solving. The position involves rotating shifts and adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems is required.
• College degree or vocational certification in engineering/manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux‑Cored welding is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in a food manufacturing setting.
• Reliable, mature, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Leadership skills to guide production staff.
• Computer and analytical skills for production data and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to meet schedules and optimize workflows.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing machines for safe, efficient output.
• Prepare and check materials according to product specs.
• Enforce SOPs, safety rules, and quality standards across processes.
• Maintain production records and logs.
• Identify improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Take on additional duties to support operations.
• Work flexible hours, including rotating shifts, nights, and weekends.
