Job summary

Habitual Food Inc. is seeking a production line supervisor to lead and optimize our central kitchen operations in Manila. You will monitor line production, ensure SOPs and quality standards, and resolve issues in real time.

You'll oversee stock at production stations, manage FIFO/FEFO rotations, relay updates between management and staff, coach line personnel, and enforce food safety and hygiene throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate.
• Experience in food production, central kitchen, or line supervision.
• Solid understanding of stocking, inventory handling, and stock rotation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; comfortable liaising directly with management.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets literacy a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety standards; flexible with shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and spearhead line production, ensuring targets, SOPs, and quality standards are met; resolve issues in real time.
• Oversee stocking at production stations, monitor stock levels, ensure proper rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and coordinate replenishment.
• Serve as the first contact for leadership during shifts, relaying production/stock updates and directives between management and staff.
• Guide and coach line staff, enforce SOP compliance, and monitor attendance and conduct.
• Enforce food safety and hygiene standards; conduct quality checks on finished products.
