Job summary

Medic-Pro Corporation in Antipolo is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to meet targets. The role includes developing and implementing production schedules to ensure timely delivery and maintaining production efficiency and quality.

You will ensure GMP compliance, coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Maintenance, and QA, supervise and train staff, monitor materials, and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality control, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, GMP, and workplace safety regulations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to meet production targets.
• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor production efficiency, quality, and productivity, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, GMP, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance to ensure smooth production operations.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate production personnel.
• Monitor the availability of raw materials and production resources.
• Prepare production reports and analyze production performance.
• Implement corrective actions to address production issues and minimize downtime.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
