Job summary

Nippon Premium Bakery Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Lead to assist the Production Manager in directing bakery production activities.

The role focuses on executing the production plan with high quality and minimal waste, while coordinating with QA/QC, Planning, Inventory, Logistics, and R&D to resolve material shortages and improve processes. Candidate should have 3+ years leading a production team in bakery/manufacturing, with strong GMP/ISO knowledge and hands-on equipment

Qualifications

• Graduates in engineering, food science, or related fields with 3+ years leading production teams.
• Experience in bakery/manufacturing settings.
• Knowledge of GMP, SSOP, HACCP, ISO.
• Familiarity with SAP transactions.
• Strong documentation and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Review production plan with Production Planner before approval.
• Coordinate with QA/QC to improve sanitation.
• Communicate with Planning, Inventory, Logistics for raw materials shortages.
• Ensure compliance with company rules with disciplinary actions.
• Lead projects to reduce losses and target zero waste.
• Review daily production performance and report weekly.
• Ensure continuous improvement measures are implemented.
• Schedule manpower and input into AANYAHR system.
• Attend meetings and represent Production Manager when needed.
• Oversee safety, GMP compliance, and equipment validation.
