Job summary

Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Production Manager – Bakery to join our client's leading food manufacturing company in the Philippines. You will oversee end-to-end bakery production operations, ensure planning, quality, and food safety compliance, and lead high-performing teams.

The role requires 5+ years in production and QA in bakery settings, strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production and quality assurance in continuous bakery operation.
• Knowledge in production planning, raw materials/packaging materials, production equipment, and human resource practices.
• Good experience in quality inspection and implementing corrective & preventive actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end bakery production operations and ensure targets, quality standards, and efficiency.
• Develop and implement production plans; monitor resources and coordinate materials and equipment.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, ISO, and OH&S standards compliance while maintaining quality requirements.
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, Warehouse, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to optimize processes.
