Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Industrial Technology, Sciences or related engineering field.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in shift operations within a food manufacturing environment, preferably bakery or commercial food processing.
• Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, food hygiene, basic lean tools (5S, waste reduction), and labor laws related to shift management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees shift-level operations of the food and bakery production lines. Focuses on operational execution, shift output targets, GMP compliance, real-time quality control, and managing personnel shift logs and attendance.
