Regen One Foods Corporation is seeking a highly organized Bakery Line Supervisor to oversee daily production on the Mid Shift and Night Shift, ensuring efficient bakery operations and adherence to quality standards.
You will lead production staff, enforce GMP/HACCP, monitor productivity, and coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, QA, and Warehouse to meet targets.
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Bakery Line Supervisor to oversee daily production activities during the Mid Shift and Night Shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient bakery production operations, maintaining product quality standards, achieving production targets, enforcing food safety compliance, and leading production personnel to meet organizational goals.
Supervise and coordinate bakery production activities to meet daily production schedules and targets.
Monitor line productivity, output efficiency, and product quality throughout the shift.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), production specifications, and work instructions.
Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.
Address production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Lead, coach, and motivate production staff to achieve performance expectations.
Conduct shift briefings and communicate production goals, safety reminders, and operational updates.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, productivity, and overall performance.
Ensure all bakery products meet established quality standards and customer specifications.
Enforce compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety Standards, HACCP, and company policies.
Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years supervisory experience in food manufacturing, bakery production, or related manufacturing operations.
Experience supervising production personnel in a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of bakery manufacturing processes and equipment.
Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Quality Systems.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and production reporting systems.
