Job summary

Union Bank of the Philippines is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Digital Channels to align platform strategy with squad execution and translate plans into concrete roadmaps that drive customer-centric journeys.

You will own backlog ownership, guide Product Owners, and collaborate with Design, Operations, and Technology to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that enhance end-to-end customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, CS, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Postgraduate degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Backlog and Delivery Ownership / Strategic Translation and Prioritization: translate platform strategy into epics, roadmaps, and prioritized items.
• Customer and Experience Focus / Journey ownership: own journey KPIs and ensure end-to-end coherence.
• Operational and Cross-functional Collaboration / Delivery and Governance: collaborate with Design, Operations, and Technology; align releases and governance.
• People Leadership and Capability: manage Product Owners; coach backlog quality and discovery-to-delivery practices.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
