Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in product ownership or digital product development.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and hybrid delivery environments (agile/waterfall).
• Strong customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and define the product vision, objectives, and success metrics.
• Own and manage the product backlog and prioritize user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end digital banking solutions.
• Lead UAT activities and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
