Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company is seeking a Product Owner to drive the vision, discovery, and continuous improvement of our digital products. You will translate business goals into clear requirements and collaborate with business and tech teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

You will manage the product roadmap, lead UAT, and track performance using data and feedback to maximize value and outcomes for customers and the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Design, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Digital Product Development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery environments (Agile and Waterfall).
• Strong customer focus with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and accountability.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams and functions.
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Define product goals, requirements, and success measures with stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Monitor and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and stakeholders to support successful delivery.
• Track product performance using data, metrics, and user feedback.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve product value, customer experience, and business outcomes.
