Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in banking, financial services, or related industry with background in product marketing, business development, cross-selling, customer growth or sales.
• Must be amenable to work onsite and be assigned to Makati or Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees cross-selling strategies and initiatives for all products under the section.
• Analyzes the success of cross-selling campaigns and adjusts strategies as necessary.
• Collaborates with various product teams to understand and develop cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinates with relevant groups for remittance processes and products.
• Ensures initiatives are customer-centric, compliant with regulations, and aligned with bank objectives.
• Coordinates product launches to align with BDO Remit objectives.
• Leads and guides the product coordination team under the section.
• Fosters collaboration between product units and BDO Remit's business development team.

• Fosters collaboration between product business units and BDO Remit's business development team.

Qualifications
