Job summary

You will manage end-to-end campaigns, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and evaluate ROI to inform strategy.

The role requires onsite work in Makati or Ortigas, with 5+ years in marketing, events, or partnerships, and a degree in a related field. Banking domain experience is an advantage for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in marketing, events, partnerships, or brand activations.
• Experience in banking, financial services, remittance, or consumer marketing is an advantage.
• Must be amenable to working onsite and be assigned to Makati or Ortigas.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Program Management

• Conduct market research and identify marketing, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities.
• Develop and execute marketing programs, events, and promotional campaigns aligned with business objectives.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure successful program delivery.

Partnership Management

• Identify new partnership opportunities to strengthen customer acquisition and brand presence.
• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned partners and ensure fulfillment of partnership commitments.

Operations and Administrative Support

• Maintain partner, supplier, and program records, including contracts and agreements.
• Monitor program budgets, expenses, and documentation.
• Provide operational support to the Marketing Services Team Head.
• Coordinate deployment personnel assigned to events and programs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare reports, performance updates, and other management requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, Advertising, Public Relations, or any related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in marketing, events management, partnership management, brand activations, project management, or related functions.
