Job summary

Veroa is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in the Philippines. You will partner with founders, engineering, and business leaders to translate the product vision into tangible AI-powered learning and workforce solutions that scale across internal operations and client use cases.

You'll shape product strategy from zero to one, own roadmaps, and drive measurable outcomes by leveraging data, user feedback, and experiments in a fast-growing AI-native environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering software products.
• Experience building B2B software with complex workflows or data-heavy products.
• Strong customer discovery, product thinking, execution, and UX judgment.

Responsibilities

• Translate founders' product vision into clear roadmaps and priorities.
• Lead products from discovery through launch and continuous iteration.
• Collaborate with consultants, internal teams, and customers to understand learning/work needs.
• Build AI-powered learning and workforce products for skill development and hiring.
• Write PRDs and work with engineering on tradeoffs, feasibility, and sequencing.
• Translate complex workflows and AI capabilities into intuitive UX.
• Define success metrics and use analytics to improve outcomes.
• Establish product processes and development rhythms as we grow.
• Use AI to accelerate research, prototyping, and product development.
