You will work across our product suite, turning complex requirements into intuitive interfaces, building personas, journeys, and systems, and collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to deliver impact-driven design. With 4+ years in product design, you’ll bring a portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, accessibility

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio showcasing product designs and strategic thinking.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch and understanding of interaction design and product thinking.

Responsibilities

• Tackle complex product challenges by considering constraints, objectives, and workflows.
• Own projects end-to-end with autonomy and identify opportunities to improve UX and outcomes.
• Articulate design decisions to cross-functional collaborators grounded in user insights and business goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align teams on product vision and ensure design intent is implemented.
• Lead strategic design initiatives and shape patterns, systems, and direction across products.
• Demonstrate design impact through outcomes, strategy, and customer value.
• Develop and refine personas, user journeys, and behavioral insights aligned to practitioner workflows.
