Job summary

PDAX is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product line, drive the platform strategy, and partner engagements while ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. This role will coordinate cross-functional outcomes, from backlog grooming to incident response and API delivery, with a strong emphasis on IAM and access governance.

The ideal candidate will have deep IAM expertise, experience with AWS services, and a proven ability to translate complex requirements into actionable

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of access management controls across infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Substantial experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and enforcing least privilege.
• Proficiency in conducting regular user access reviews and audit mapping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to streamline IAM processes.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own platform strategy and backlog, guiding product direction and priorities.
• Manage partner integrations and commercial considerations with cross-functional teams.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of API capabilities and incident response for the platform.
• Define regulatory/compliance posture and implement policies across the product lifecycle.
• Establish metrics, dashboards, and alerts for partner health and reliability.
