PDAX is seeking a Product Manager to build, optimize, and scale back-office software that powers day-to-day operations across Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Finance. Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Product Management, Business Analysis, Operations Analysis, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Able to translate complex technical concepts into plain language for non-technical users.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Execution-focused, highly organized with ownership mentality.

Responsibilities

• Map workflows and shadow internal teams to understand daily processes.
• Turn feedback and metrics into high-impact product improvements.
• Define requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive sprint planning and partner with engineering to ensure delivery.
• Own internal tools portfolio (User Management, eKYC, Fraud & Risk, Dashboards).
• Integrate enterprise tools like Freshdesk, Kissflow, Hyperverge and ReTool to streamline workflows.
• Ensure data sources are available and reliable for dashboards and reporting.
• Identify and automate redundant, manual processes across teams.
