Job summary

XM is seeking a passionate and execution-focused Product Manager Crypto to support the delivery of our new crypto trading platform. This role covers wallets, custody, funding, transaction lifecycles and trading infrastructure.

You will translate product strategy into requirements, collaborate across teams, define end-to-end flows, and ensure go-live readiness with runbooks and controls. 3–5 years in product management with crypto/fintech exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience, crypto/fintech exposure preferred.
• Experience delivering digital products through full lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile product development and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of crypto platform fundamentals and trading workflows.
• Ability to define product flows, operational scenarios, and system behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and specs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver product initiatives on time and quality.
• Define end-to-end product flows across wallets, funding, trading, and settlements.
• Coordinate integrations with custody providers and crypto infrastructure partners.
• Develop operational runbooks and ensure go-live readiness and approvals.
• Improve user journeys, product quality, and operational efficiency with design, support, and ops.
