Job summary

Kodex is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the platform foundations—identity, APIs, MCP, and secure data movement. You will collaborate across engineering leadership, product, and customers like Meta and Apple to shape scalable platform decisions and enable cross-team success.

This is a deeply technical, cross-functional role with a focus on internal platform adoption, enterprise security, and a scrappy startup mindset within a mature enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management or Technical Program Management in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Platform, API, Identity, or Integrations background—ownership of developer-facing APIs or identity providers.
• Technical fluency to discuss architectural tradeoffs with engineering leadership.
• Experience in sensitive-data domains such as fintech, security, or compliance.
• Cross-functional operator capable of alignment across multiple teams.
• Platform PM mindset—measured by internal adoption rather than end-user KPIs.
• Startup/scrappy fit in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own KIP end-to-end—the identity foundation powering sign-on across Kodex products.
• Drive the MCP roadmap and define the next wave of use cases and integrations.
• Design bi-directional API strategy to support two-way API access.
• Shape platform infrastructure decisions, including enclaves and compliance readiness.
• Build internal adoption and define the internal go-to-market for the platform.
• Partner across engineering leadership to align Integrations, Core Portal, Verify, Government, and adjacent teams.
• Represent the technical customer voice for direct API users and platform partners.
