Job summary

Maya is seeking a Senior Platform Product Specialist to help lead Core Platforms (IAM and Accounts Management). You will own platform strategy, translate insights into decisions, and collaborate across engineering, product, and compliance to ensure secure, scalable experiences for customers and internal teams.

This role requires hands-on technical depth in authentication, data-driven decision making, and strong stakeholder management, with a track record of delivering on regulatory and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science/Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience with platform ownership.
• Proven track record launching consumer fintech products.
• Technical depth in identity, access management, or authentication systems.
• Proficiency in AGILE development methodologies.
• Understanding of financial services regulations and challenges.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to translate data into insights (SQL a plus).
• Proficiency with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the core platforms of Identity and Access management enabling secure onboarding, authentication, and transactions.
• Own Accounts Management platform governing customer lifecycle and wallet limits across products.
• Document capabilities and changes via PRDs and memos for channels and services.
• Conduct market analysis within the Philippines FinTech sector to inform strategy.
• Champion user-centered design to ensure intuitive, user-friendly products.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal to meet BSP and regulator standards.
• Leverage data analytics to drive product improvements and revenue growth.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful development and launches.
• Monitor financial performance and identify revenue and cost optimization opportunities.
