Monee in the Philippines seeks a senior product leader to chair the Payments and Credit product management teams, owning local strategy and end-to-end delivery across payments, wallets, and lending. You will work with regional product and technology groups to drive initiatives, set priorities, and ensure regulatory readiness.

You will coach PMs and QA, build capacity, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact features while aligning with business goals and customer

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of product management experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or leading technology companies.
• At least 3 years in payments/wallets or lending and working knowledge of the other.
• Proven experience leading and managing a Product team of 10 or more, directly and through a sub-lead.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Working knowledge of Philippine regulatory requirements (BSP) for payments/e-money and/or lending.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Payments & Credit business product management teams in the Philippines, owning local product strategy and delivery across payments/wallet and lending.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch and optimization.
• Set direction and priorities for Product teams to ensure timely delivery of high-impact initiatives.
• Coach and develop PMs and QA into product owners and build team capacity.
• Partner with regional teams and cross-functional units to drive product initiatives.
• Leverage customer insights and product metrics to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Establish and improve product management processes and ways of working.
• Serve as a key product subject matter expert to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure local regulatory and compliance requirements are met, including risk assessments and launch readiness.
• Raise clear, high-quality product requirements to regional teams.
• Operate independently and communicate status, risks, and trade-offs to leadership.
