• At least 5–7 years of experience leading and managing a product or functional team.
• Experience mentoring, performance management, and driving team productivity.
• Hands-on experience launching and managing new product features in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a functional team, ensuring smooth execution of product initiatives.
• End-to-end management of product features from conceptualization to rollout and post-deployment evaluation.
• Drive continuous improvements in product management processes and foster growth within the team.
• Collaborate with Business Units, Regional Product Managers, and Developers to optimize customer journeys.
• Coordinate with multiple teams such as Budget & Planning, Bank Partnerships, Wallet Infrastructure, Analytics, Operations, Frauds.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
