Responsibilities

• Define and own the design vision and product strategy for payment products.
• Build and prioritize a design roadmap using structured prioritization.
• Establish UX/UI design standards across the org.
• Lead and grow a team of designers and researchers.
• Act as de facto product manager for your area with clear specs for engineering.
• Proactively identify features based on user feedback and analytics.
• Define success metrics (activation, adoption, retention) and report outcomes.
• Run experiments (A/B tests, usability benchmarks) to validate decisions.
• Own backlog prioritization with PM and engineering leads.
• Drive end-to-end design from discovery to UI specs.
