GoTeam in Cebu City is seeking a Senior Procurement Officer to oversee all internal procurement needs. You will source equipment and office essentials, track deliveries, and manage vendor relationships while implementing AI tools in procurement processes.

The ideal candidate should have significant procurement experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. This role is onsite, following a day shift schedule.

Senior Procurement Officer (Onsite | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Onsite (IT Park) | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM | Monday–Friday

You own internal procurement at GoTeam — sourcing the laptops, headsets, ergonomic chairs, branded merchandise, and gifting kits that keep new hires onboarded, executives traveling, and remote teammates connected. Your work spans vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, inventory forecasting with HR and IT, and country-wide (and occasionally international) logistics for items moving in and out of Cebu, Dubai, London, Singapore, and beyond.

This is not a transactional purchasing role. You operate end-to-end on procurement requests, hold vendors accountable to SLAs, surface cost-saving opportunities, and bring AI tools into procurement workflows where they belong. Best suited for professionals who enjoy ownership, thrive on detail, and prefer disciplined process over reactive scrambling.

You\'re Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, or a comparable buying role
• Hands-on responsibility for vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and approved supplier list management
• Working knowledge of procurement or purchasing software, plus strong Microsoft Excel for cost analysis and reporting
• Experience coordinating domestic and international courier or logistics workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Willingness to work onsite at Cebu IT Park, day shift 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday

• Supervisory or managerial experience in procurement or supply chain

Responsibility Pillars

General Procurement & Sourcing

You own the supply of equipment and office essentials that keep GoTeam moving — from new-hire kits to replacement gear for tenured staff.

• Source laptops, headsets, ergonomic chairs, and office supplies for new hires and replacements
• Compare pricing, request quotes, and negotiate bulk discounts with tech and equipment vendors
• Track deliveries to ensure items reach the right site or remote employee on time

You own the approved vendor list and the data behind every purchase decision.

• Maintain the approved vendor list and track supplier performance, cost, and delivery SLAs
• Oversee inventory for hybrid and remote kits in coordination with HR and IT onboarding plans
• Drive cost-savings through vendor consolidation and improved payment terms

Executive & Travel-Aware Procurement

You own the materials, gifts, and logistics that follow the CEO and founder across global business trips.

• Pre-order brochures, pitch decks, tech adapters, and branded merchandise for executive travel
• Arrange delivery or pickup in destinations such as Dubai, London, and Singapore
• Coordinate urgent international courier needs (forgotten documents, sample kits, business gifts)

Employee Gifting & Special Projects

You own gifting requests from clients and internal teams, plus the swag and welcome kits behind every event.

• Manage client requests for gifts sent to remote team members and suggest curated, brand-aligned options
• Ensure compliance with local gifting policies and tax implications
• Set up welcome kits, company swag, and offsite materials; source local vendors for team meals and client-hosted events

Procurement Systems, Compliance & AI Implementation

You own the workflow, the controls, and the AI tools that make procurement faster and more accurate.

• Implement and manage procurement request workflows (ClickUp, Zoho, or spreadsheets)
• Recommend budget controls and thresholds per department
• Ensure BIR compliance and audit-ready documentation across all purchases
• Develop and deploy AI agents to optimize procurement processes and reduce cycle time
