GoTeam is seeking a Recruitment Admin Associate for our Cebu City Recruitment Hub, onsite Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You will lead structured screening interviews, assess candidate fit in real time, and route people to roles where they will thrive.

This role is fast-paced, people-facing, and requires independent decision-making to move candidates forward while keeping the hub running smoothly during peak hours.

Recruitment Admin Associate (Onsite | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City, Philippines | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday to Friday

You're the first face candidates see when they walk through our doors — and the first voice they hear when they call in. As a Recruitment Admin Associate at our Recruitment Hub, you'll run structured screening interviews on your own, size up candidate fit in real time, and route people to the roles where they'll actually thrive.

This is a fast-paced, people-facing role built for someone who thinks on their feet. You'll hold back-to-back conversations throughout the day, make independent calls on who moves forward, and keep the Hub running smoothly even when the line doesn't stop.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally including candidate screening or interviewing
A proven ability to interview and assess candidates independently, without close supervision
An outgoing, approachable personality and quick thinking in live conversations
Comfort engaging with a high volume of candidates face-to-face throughout the day
Tech-savvy instincts — you pick up ATS tools, screening trackers, and databases quickly
Strong judgment in matching candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and behavior
The ability to stay organized and multitask, especially during peak hours
Willingness to work onsite daily on a dayshift schedule

STRONG SIGNALS

Experience working in a high-volume walk-in recruitment hub or similar front-line setting
Background in BPO, staffing, or outsourcing recruitment
Hands-on familiarity with ATS or applicant tracking platforms
Exposure to structured or behavioral interviewing techniques

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Candidate Screening & Assessment

You own the first impression candidates have of GoTeam, running structured interviews that surface real fit.

Serve as the front-line contact for walk-in and incoming candidates at the Recruitment Hub
Conduct structured screening interviews to assess candidate background, skills, and fit
Ask probing questions to understand candidate strengths and career goals
Escalate or flag complex or senior-level candidates to recruiters or hiring managers as needed

Candidate Routing & Documentation

You ensure every candidate lands where they truly fit, backed by accurate, well-organized records.

Match and route candidates to the most suitable open role or job order based on screening results
Communicate screening outcomes clearly to candidates — pass, needs review, or not a fitLog interview notes, screening results, and routing decisions accurately in the recruitment system
Apply sound judgment in matching candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and behavior

Hub Flow & Candidate Experience

You keep the Hub running smoothly and welcoming, even when the line is long.

Manage the flow of candidates at the Hub, keeping the process organized during high-volume periods
Maintain a professional, welcoming Hub environment that reflects well on the company
Stay organized and multitask to keep pace during peak hours
