GoTeam in Cebu, Philippines is seeking an Employee & Labor Relations professional to own ER case handling, investigations, and compliance. You’ll work alongside the Employee & Labor Relations Manager and report to the Director of People & Culture, ensuring fast, fair processes and a clean paper trail.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in HR with at least 3 years in ER, a BPO or outsourcing background, strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and DOLE rules, and can lead investigations and

5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in employee/labor relations or ER case management.
BPO, tech-enabled, or outsourcing background.
Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, due process.
Proven experience leading investigations and disciplinary processes independently.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Law, or related field.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve grievances and disputes fairly and quickly.
Keep a clean, defensible paper trail on every case.
Lead investigations end to end.
Document findings and recommended actions.
Guide through notices, hearings, and terminations.
Ensure compliance with Philippine due process.
Coach managers to handle issues at the source.
Track ER data and patterns to identify risks.

You’ll sit alongside the Employee & Labor Relations Manager, both reporting to the Director / Head of People & Culture. Where they own conflict and compliance risk, you own the systems and processes that make day-to-day HR fast and reliable.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years focused specifically on employee/labor relations or ER case management
BPO, tech-enabled, or outsourcing background
Strong working knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and due process requirements
Proven experience leading investigations and disciplinary processes independently
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Law, or related field

SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP, PHRi, CHRP, or equivalent

Reduce unnecessary escalations through proactive coaching

You turn cases into early warning signs.

Track trends by team, manager, and issue type
Flag risk before it becomes a labor case or attrition driver
