The Senior Procurement Manager is responsible for supporting procurement strategy and operations within FRPH. This role will handle sourcing, accreditation, negotiation and managing relationship with external suppliers.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Managing indirect procurement, including purchasing of goods, services and materials needed for daily Store and HQ operations.
• Creating RFQs and overseeing competitive bidding of each Departments.
• Evaluating and strategic sourcing of potential suppliers.
• Negotiating contract with suppliers to secure best deals and terms.
• Collaborate with each Department to ensure compliance with Company and Procurement Policy.
• Tracking of KPIs and ROIs to evaluate efficiency of company investment.
• Analyze Procurement data, conduct spend analysis and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards and laws from local and global market.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
