Unilogix, Inc. is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring timely, cost-effective sourcing of materials and services. You will develop strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost reduction while ensuring quality and compliance.
The role requires 8–10 years in procurement, with strong negotiation and leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams and deliver measurable value for the organization.
Responsible for leading and managing the company's end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities. This role ensures the timely, cost-effective, and strategic acquisition of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, equipment, and services while maintaining quality standards, supplier reliability, and compliance with company policies.
The Senior Procurement Manager will develop procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, oversee procurement teams, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to support business growth and operational requirements.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, equipment, finished goods, and services.
Identify, evaluate, accredit, and manage local and international suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, delivery schedules, and service agreements.
Drive cost savings, cost reduction, and value-engineering initiatives.
Monitor supplier performance, market trends, commodity prices, and supply risks.
Ensure timely availability of materials and maintain supply continuity.
Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and quotation analysis to PO and contract management.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse, Finance, QA, and other stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Procurement team while monitoring performance and productivity.
Ensure procurement compliance, proper documentation, and audit readiness.
Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans for critical suppliers and materials.
Monitor procurement KPIs, spending, and performance, and provide management reports and recommendations.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive procurement or strategic sourcing experience, preferably within the FMCG, food manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods industry.
At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or senior leadership role.
Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost analysis.
Knowledge of raw materials, packaging materials, and supply chain operations within an FMCG environment.
Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using ERP or procurement systems is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
