Job summary

Unilogix, Inc. is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring timely, cost-effective sourcing of materials and services. You will develop strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost reduction while ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, SCM, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive procurement or strategic sourcing experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods.
• 3–5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost analysis.
• Experience using ERP or procurement systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, equipment, finished goods, and services.
• Identify, evaluate, accredit, and manage local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, delivery schedules, and service agreements.
• Drive cost savings, cost reduction, and value-engineering initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance, market trends, commodity prices, and supply risks.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and maintain supply continuity.
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing to PO and contracts.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse, Finance, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Procurement team while monitoring performance and productivity.
• Ensure procurement compliance, proper documentation, and audit readiness.
• Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans for critical suppliers and materials.
• Monitor procurement KPIs, spending, and performance, and provide management reports and recommendations.

Job Summary

Responsible for leading and managing the company's end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities. This role ensures the timely, cost-effective, and strategic acquisition of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, equipment, and services while maintaining quality standards, supplier reliability, and compliance with company policies.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience using ERP or procurement systems is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data analysis tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
