Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with regulatory certification.
• Master’s degree preferred in related field.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
• Preferably 10 years in infrastructure projects.
• Advanced knowledge of the construction sector and market environment.
• Proven track record in high-value procurement and tendering.

Responsibilities

• Lead category management teams and complex tender activities to achieve strategic objectives.
