Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support setup, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of PLP FOWLP and Fan‑In WLCSP processes.
• Provide technical support to process engineers and production teams to ensure stability, quality, uptime, and qualification of new products.
