Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree in Electronics Technology or Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Fan-In and Fan-Out Wafer Level Packaging is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support setup, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of FOWLP and Fan-In WLCSP processes.
• Provide technical support to process engineers and production teams to ensure stable performance and quality.
• Drive yield improvement activities and assist with new process development and ramp-up.
