Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. seeks a Senior Process Technician to support setup, operation, monitoring and improvement of PLP FOWLP and Fan-In WLCSP processes.

You will assist process engineers and production teams to ensure stable process performance and high product quality. This role requires a technical diploma or degree in electronics or related engineering, plus 2–5 years in electronics/semiconductor manufacturing with FOWLP and Fan-In/Out packaging experience.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree in Electronics Technology or related Engineering.
• Experience in Fan-In and Fan-out Wafer Level Packaging.
• 2–5 years in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor and troubleshoot PLP FOWLP and Fan-In WLCSP processes.
• Provide technical support to process engineers and production teams to ensure stable process performance and product quality.
• Drive yield improvement activities and support new process development and ramp-up.
