Job summary

WD is seeking a Lead Specialist IV for Process Excellence & Program Management to design, deploy, and sustain continuous improvement programs across the Philippine Head Operations. You will champion AI-augmented problem solving, mentor professionals, and drive cross-functional improvements with measurable business impact on-site in Binan City, Laguna.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Electronics/manufacturing exposure is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Process Excellence programs aligned with strategic priorities.
• Apply AI-enabled problem solving and structured methodologies (DMAIC/Kaizen).
• Coach Professionals and Managers in CI and AI tool use.
• Develop and sustain an innovation-driven CI curriculum and knowledge base.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to drive measurable improvements across the organization.
