Job summary

Ayala Malls is seeking a Process Manager to lead business excellence and drive continuous improvement across our organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, implement governance frameworks, and champion change initiatives that deliver operational excellence.

The role requires 8–10 years in business excellence, with Lean/Six Sigma expertise and strong data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
8–10 years of experience in business excellence, process improvement, business transformation, or a related field, with proven leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), change management, and project management.
Experience in process optimization, systems implementation, and organizational change initiatives.
Proficient in data analysis, KPI reporting, and executive-level presentations.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of retail operations, customer experience, financial analysis, and business governance is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business intelligence, analytics, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business excellence and continuous improvement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Excellence team to drive high performance and collaboration.
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
Drive process optimization, standardization, and operational efficiency across business units.
Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of business excellence programs and projects.
Champion the implementation of systems, governance frameworks, and technology solutions to improve business processes.
Drive organizational change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Leverage data and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
Monitor business performance and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
