Job summary

Nexperia in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Engineer, TnF Process Engineering to drive efficiency, quality, and reliability in thermal and final (TnF) processes. You will lead equipment qualifications, troubleshoot complex issues, and spearhead continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, 8+ years in process engineering or semiconductor manufacturing, and strong experience with FMEA, control plans, SPC, and data analysis using

Qualifications

• 8+ years in process engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of process qualification, equipment validation, FMEA, Control Plan development, and SPC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification and implementation of new TnF equipment, tooling, and metrology systems.
• Develop, review, and maintain process documentation (FMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions).
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for TnF-related issues.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives for productivity and quality.
• Provide technical support for complex process challenges, equipment issues, and yield improvement.
