Qualifications

• Bachelor or university degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of process engineering and molding experience in a semiconductor company.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates techniques to meet project requirements for new product development or enhancement.
• Analyzes equipment to determine operating data and conducts experimental tests.
• Determine root cause analysis and testing activities to meet project requirements.
• Plan, implement and manage compliance of manufacturing processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
