Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/ECE/Computer Engineering.
• Minimum seven years in a manufacturing environment, five years handling equipment engineering.
• Advanced electronic/electrical/mechanical knowledge.
• Knowledgeable in FMEA, 8D and SPC.
• Strong computer literacy and awareness of semiconductor technology trends.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Test & Finishing equipment; provide timely alerts and solutions.
• Provide technical support to operations during major equipment downtime.
• Plan and execute equipment upgrades and qualifications (PCMS/EQR, IEDB/FW2/CMMS-EIC/EMCS).
• Lead or participate in improvement programs and cost-control initiatives.
• Train engineers, technicians, and operators; benchmark with best methods.
• Ensure safety, health, environment, and good housekeeping compliance.
