Job summary

Asticom in Manila seeks a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to design and position end-to-end engineering and infrastructure solutions. You will lead technical and commercial discussions with Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams to craft winning proposals and business cases that address both business and technical objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, or related field.
• 7–10 years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or related infra services.
• Experience designing scalable technical or infrastructure solutions for large engagements.
• Strong ability in technical proposals, cost estimation, bid management, and executive communication.
• MBA or Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand objectives, requirements, and infrastructure needs.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, site assessments, and architecture discussions.
• Design end-to-end technical and infrastructure solutions.
• Develop architectural blueprints, deployment models, and managed service frameworks.
• Collaborate on costing models, BOM, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare commercial proposals balancing competitiveness, profitability, and delivery feasibility.
• Lead bid management, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
