Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to design and guide the delivery of scalable, secure, resilient, and cost‑effective enterprise technology solutions. The successful candidate will translate business requirements into practical architecture designs, evaluate technology options, and provide technical direction across complex projects and enterprise environments. This role requires a strong hands‑on technical foundation, broad engineering knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, security, product, and business teams. The ideal candidate can balance business priorities with technical feasibility, operational supportability, security, cost, and long‑term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and enterprise standards into solution architectures, technical designs, and implementation guidance.
• Lead architecture discussions and establish technical direction for strategic initiatives and complex technology projects.
• Evaluate technology options, assess trade‑offs, and recommend solutions aligned with business and technical objectives.
• Design scalable, secure, resilient, maintainable, and cost‑effective technology solutions.
• Develop target‑state architectures, transition strategies, technical roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, technical debt, and operational challenges throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, automation, database engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience designing, leading, or guiding enterprise technology solutions in complex environments.
• Strong hands‑on technical experience supporting architecture decisions and engaging effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions, influence stakeholders, and guide cross‑functional teams.
• Experience evaluating architecture alternatives, managing trade‑offs, and recommending appropriate technology solutions.
• Understanding of production environments, operational supportability, resilience, monitoring, incident management, and lifecycle management.
• Experience identifying and managing technical, operational delivery, and organizational risks.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
