Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking an experienced professional to design and manage AI-driven support workflows. You will translate strategies into orchestration logic, configure tools, and implement end-to-end automation across enterprise apps and databases.

You will collaborate across Technical Support, Product, QA, Operations, and other teams to ensure scalable, accurate, and compliant solutions while adapting to a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 5–8 years of related experience.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
• Ability to translate complex support interactions into structured AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI-driven support workflows using Copilot Studio, PowerApps, and automation tools per Service Management direction.
• Translate defined strategies into structured orchestration logic (topics, trees, configurations).
• Configure and update tools to ensure accurate responses and proper routing.
• Implement orchestration across systems for seamless support experiences.
• Support updates to workflows and AI behavior from product changes and feedback.
• Troubleshoot orchestration flows for failures or gaps.
• Collaborate with QA, Support Ops, and teams to validate workflows.
• Document orchestration logic, configurations, and updates.
