Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management.
• Knowledge of R, SAS and other programming languages.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio risk management across Consumer Secured and SME portfolios; perform risk assessments and identify trends.
• Develop and enhance portfolio risk reports; present findings to risk teams and business units.
• Contribute to policy and process development for credit risk controls and portfolio management.
• Lead or participate in specific risk-related projects and initiatives.
• Conduct stress testing on portfolios and provide risk mitigation insights.
• Establish performance benchmarks to detect portfolio deterioration.
• Review processes to improve efficiency and reduce credit losses.
• Apply guidelines to resolve issues and suggest policy improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk recommendations.
