Plan International Pilipinas seeks a Program Portfolio Manager to lead the design and delivery of a countrywide portfolio in Inclusive and Gender‑Transformative Health, SRHR, Nutrition, and WASH. You will guide a multifunctional team, build partnerships, and contribute to emergency response with a strong focus on girls’ rights and community impact.

Qualifications

Master’s degree with 5–7 years of experience in development work.
Experience managing large or consortium-based projects.
Proven ability to manage teams, remote locations, and community partners.
Subject-matter expertise in inclusive and gender-transformative health, SRHR, Nutrition, and/or WASH.

Responsibilities

Lead design of Inclusive and Gender‑Transformative Health, SRHR, Nutrition, and WASH projects aligned with country strategy.
Provide direct management and technical guidance to Project Managers and Coordinators.
Support annual planning and budgeting with accurate costing of program and staff.
Develop partnerships, oversee donor requirements and safeguarding.
Represent Plan International Pilipinas externally and communicate results and priorities.
