Job summary

Save the Children Philippines is seeking a Child and Adolescent Health Specialist to provide strategic leadership across the CAH portfolio and advance evidence-based programming. The role reports to the Portfolio Lead – CAH and strengthens technical positioning, policy engagement, and resource mobilization in MNCHN, ASRHR, mental health, and related areas.

Qualifications

• Broad and current CAH expertise and ability to translate evidence into guidance.
• Experience in CAH program design, quality assurance, and government engagement.
• Experience in evidence generation, epidemiology data interpretation, and knowledge products.
• Strong writing, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with government, civil society and partners using participatory approaches.
• Ability to work across development and humanitarian contexts and mobilize support.
