Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a data governance and analytics leader to drive quality, architecture, and governance across business data systems. The role oversees a team focused on data quality, ETL processes, and platform-wide reporting to support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data governance, MLOps or Azure-based analytics, and strong collaboration skills to align IT with business goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree as listed in the qualifications.
• Work Experience: Relevant experience in data quality management and governance design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the work of employees and ensure efficiency of business operations while setting strategic growth goals.
• Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote attainment of company goals.
• Ensure the team has adequate resources to complete deliverables.
• Organize and coordinate with business units to maximize productivity.
• Supervise employees and provide feedback to improve efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with business functions, partners, and users.
• Assess team performance against KPIs, SLAs, metrics.
• Represent the team in meetings and events while adhering to COBC and guidelines.
