Job summary

Xerox Philippines seeks a Second Line Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership, governance, and oversight for the Consumables Management organization. You will drive operational excellence, align objectives with process standards, and coach multiple teams to deliver reliable service and customer satisfaction.

This role focuses on KPI governance, cross-functional collaboration, transformation initiatives, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
8–10 years of experience in Shared Services, BPO, IT-BPM, Operations or Service Delivery.
5+ years of people leadership experience managing managers.
Experience leading global or regional teams preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt; PMP/PRINCE2 certification; Change Management preferred.

Responsibilities

Own overall operational performance and service delivery for the Consumables Management organization.
Establish goals, governance mechanisms, and performance frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Lead Operations Managers to ensure service, quality, productivity, and customer targets are met.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, customer commitments, and health metrics; conduct business reviews.
Drive risk management, business continuity, and compliance activities across the organization.
Lead cross-functional improvements and automation initiatives; sponsor Lean projects.
Present performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
