Job summary

Prime Infra seeks a highly experienced PMO Lead Planning, Scheduling & Risk Manager to head planning, scheduling and project risk across major infrastructure projects. The role requires independent leadership across Owner's Team, Owner's Engineer and EPC Contractors to ensure integrated schedules and proactive risk management.

You will set planning standards, develop IMS levels 1-5, run risk workshops, perform SRA and Monte Carlo analysis, and report to executives with dashboards and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related technical discipline.
• Formal Project Management qualification (PMP/PMI-SP/PSP) mandatory.
• Minimum 15 years' experience in Planning, Scheduling or Project Controls.
• Proven leadership of Planning & Scheduling functions on major capital projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading Project Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling across multiple major infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Establish planning standards, WBS, coding structures, calendars, milestones and reporting requirements.
• Lead development and review of Level 1 through Level 5 schedules.
• Ensure full integration of engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction and handover activities.
• Mentor planning personnel and establish consistent planning practices across delivery teams.
• Own and manage Programme and Project Risk Registers; facilitate risk workshops.
• Prepare executive risk reports, dashboards and risk communications.
