Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Risk and Project Manager to oversee IT project risk, mitigation and recovery.

You will coordinate with delivery teams to monitor KPIs, perform risk assessments and guide teams through issue resolution and recovery strategies. The role requires strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills, with deep knowledge of risk management frameworks and IT service delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in IT project and risk management.
• At least 5 years handling complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of project or service delivery management and risk management methodologies, processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-RMP, ITIL, Agile/SCRUM preferred
• Exposure to Quality Assurance / Process Management in IT preferred
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ITIL / CMMI / Six-Sigma or related initiatives preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control key performance indicators for early detection of potential risks and rapid assessment of issues- In coordination with the project / service delivery teams.
• Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for projects that require high level of attention
• Identify, analyze and resolve issues that arise during project execution or service delivery in coordination with the project or service delivery teams
• Develop and execute recovery strategies for underperforming or at-risk projects
• Provide guidance and support to project teams during risk mitigation, issue resolution and recovery phases.
• Communicate progress and present actionable insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Implement preventive measures and process improvements
• Facilitate Lessons Learned sessions and contribute to organizational knowledge base

• Strong diagnostic, critical thinking, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Preferably with proven project or service and risk management knowledge, trainings or certifications (i.e. PMP, PMI-RMP, ITIL, Agile/SCRUM, etc)
• Preferably has exposure to Quality Assurance / Process Management experience in the IT industry
• Preferably has experience working with Quality standards, methodologies and certification initiatives (e.g. ISO 9001, ITIL, CMMI, Six-Sigma, etc.) or has undergone corresponding trainings
• Knowledge of project financial management, business continuity management and business case development will be an advantage
